About Neo

Neo is an endpoint sensor for the AI agents and AI-enabled software employees run on their machines.

It inventories agents, models, skills, MCP servers, and extensions, from Claude Code and Cursor to Codex and GitHub Copilot, and flags misconfigurations and excess permissions.

Policies are enforced on the device and can allow, block, or hold an action for approval, such as a data transfer or an API call, with each action attributed to a human or an agent and forwarded to the SIEM.

Analysis runs locally on the endpoint. The founders include SentinelOne's former COO and its former head of detection engineering, with headquarters in Boston and R&D in Tel Aviv.
