The security discovery surface is a mess. Press releases, vaporware, and quietly dead startups drown out the companies actually shipping. This directory sorts young security companies by what each one actually builds, with a proof-of-life signal on every entry. It is not a Black Hat vendor floor. Where the data comes from

Entries are curated by us from public sources: company sites, funding announcements, and press coverage. Descriptions are written by us and may lag reality; corrections are welcome via submit.

The curation bar

• In: independent security companies (startups and scale-ups) verified alive, each with a 2024 to 2026 proof-of-life signal such as funding, a shipped product, or news.
• Out: dead, acquired-and-shut, or absorbed companies; public mega-cap vendors; GRC platforms; GRC agents; pure AI code reviewers (those have their own directories); consultancies with no product.

Ranking

Filter by category, funding stage, and search; listings are alphabetical within every view. No pay-for-rank. Listing fees, when open, only skip the review queue.
