UpGuard pulls third-party and first-party cyber risk into one product. Its vendor risk module automates security questionnaires, scores suppliers, and monitors them continuously, while a breach risk module watches the company's own external attack surface and brand.

A newer user risk module tracks shadow AI use and policy across the workforce, and a Trust Exchange lets companies answer incoming questionnaires with AI and publish a trust center.

UpGuard says more than 2,000 customers use it, and it runs as a distributed team across 14 countries from a base in Hobart, Tasmania.
