About Tracebit
Tracebit is a deception product for cloud environments. It uses cloud-native APIs to deploy canaries such as storage buckets, secrets, credentials, files and identities that look real to an attacker but have no legitimate use.
Any interaction with a canary raises a high-signal alert, which helps teams that assume a breach will happen to catch intruders early.
The company has added perimeter canaries for SaaS and cloud edges and Google Cloud support, and has released a free community edition. Tracebit is based in London, was founded in 2023, and names customers including Snyk, Docker and Riot Games.
