The platform learns how users, systems and agents touch data, predicts which data will be needed, and restricts the rest while keeping active data available under suitable controls.
Features include discovery of AI agents and shadow AI, reduction of unneeded AI data exposure, real-time monitoring of AI interactions with data, agentless DLP and data access auditing across cloud and on-premises systems.
The company says the approach can cut enterprise data risk by up to 90 percent. Ray Security is an Israeli startup founded in 2024 that left stealth in September 2025.
