Oak sets out to replace a stack of separate identity tools with one platform covering human, machine, and AI agent identities.

It connects to on-premises, SaaS, cloud, and homegrown systems, builds a single live graph of who holds which access, and compares granted access with what each identity actually uses.

Instead of periodic access reviews, it scores risk continuously and drives remediation, for example linking a departed employee's still-active account to an AI coding agent using it. The product was generally available at launch and targets large enterprises.

CEO Shai Morag previously founded Secdo and Ermetic, sold to Palo Alto Networks and Tenable.
