Maze, a London company, deploys swarms of AI agents against the vulnerability backlog.
The agents take telemetry from a customer's public cloud accounts, reproduce the steps an attacker would take to move laterally, and split the work into thousands of concurrent tasks to test possible attack paths.
Each finding is then closed automatically or flagged on a short list, and the company says it can single out the small number of vulnerabilities that are truly exploitable.
Its first focus is vulnerability management, with plans to extend the agent framework to other cloud security work. At the time of the round it had pilots in more than ten organizations, including two Fortune 200 companies.
