About Manifest

Manifest (DoD, CISA, and Palantir alumni) treats SBOMs as an operational dataset: ingest, analyze, and act when a new CVE or malicious package hits a component you already shipped.

AIBOMs extend that to model and agent ingredients, which most SCA tools still ignore. A 2025 pairing with NetRise is source-to-firmware coverage rather than another SBOM PDF warehouse.
