Jazz makes data loss prevention software built to cut the alert noise of rule-based DLP. A forensic endpoint agent records how data moves across apps, GenAI tools, desktop activity and unsanctioned services.
An agentic investigator called Melody then reviews events, learns business processes and works out user intent. The platform can respond with nudges, requests for justification or targeted blocks, and it includes privacy settings that limit what gets monitored and kept.
The company says it deploys in minutes with no rule writing. Named customers include AlphaSense, Lemonade, Cava and Similarweb. Jazz was founded in 2024 in Tel Aviv and emerged from stealth in March 2026.
