Dropzone trains agents to do Tier-1 and Tier-2 investigation the way an ExtraHop detection engineer would, then sells that as software to in-house SOCs and MSSPs. It queries the customer's tools over APIs, shows its reasoning, and does not require playbooks. A 2026 Threat Hunter agent extends the same model from reactive tickets into federated hunts.
