Doppler is the secrets manager teams adopt when Vault is too much ops. Projects, configs, and environments stay in sync across local, CI, and cloud, with rotation and activity logs. Change Requests added an approval path so production secret edits are not a Slack paste. CRV led the Series A. The product is still shipping in 2026 as a Doppler-vs-Infisical default for startups.
