Command Zero, an Austin company founded in 2021, structures every investigation around questions.

The platform ships with thousands of expert-written investigative questions mapped to supported tools, and uses large language models to interpret each question and answer, build timelines and produce end-to-end reports.

In autonomous mode, agents work through alert volume, escalate cases that need attention and close routine ones with documented reasoning; in assisted mode, analysts keep control and review each visible step.

It reaches data directly, with no pipelines to build or migration, so investigative logic stays separate from where logs are stored. Modules cover triage, investigation, threat hunting, identity and response for security operations teams.
