AegisAI runs a set of AI agents, backed by its own language models, that read each suspicious email and assess what the sender is trying to get the recipient to do.

The aim is to catch AI-written spear phishing, business email compromise, and vendor fraud that look clean to pattern-based filters. It plugs into Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and also covers outbound data loss and account takeover.

Founders Cy Khormaee and Ryan Luo previously worked on reCAPTCHA and Safe Browsing at Google, and a second agent, Vanguard, extends investigations beyond the inbox.
